Terms of Service

By logging into our Minecraft server (hereafter referred to as Blox Network or "the server") or any affiliated web or social media sites, you agree to abide by all rules and conditions and to follow directions from staff members in addition to the terms below:

Definitions:

Blox Network: Refers to both the Minecraft server and all affiliated social media and web sites, including but not limited to https://bloxnetwork.net and all associated Blox Network social media accounts (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Twitch, TikTok).

Staff: Users ranked as Moderator, Helper, Manager, Admin, Builder, and Developer, as well as Jr., Sr., and Head members of each rank team, and the Owners (redruMBounty)(SonFYB).

Content: Includes, but is not limited to:

Player data files

Anything created or obtained while interacting with Blox Network, such as player or container inventories

Images (e.g., screenshots) of Blox Network

Builds (e.g., blocks placed or manipulated on Blox Network)

Text (e.g., chat, emails, or other communication sent to Blox Network-affiliated platforms)

Electronic information (e.g., IP addresses, account data, etc.)

Content Licensing & Ownership:

By submitting content to Blox Network (including but not limited to the Minecraft server, https://bloxnetwork.net, or staff emails), you grant Blox Network a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, create derivative works from, perform, or publicly display that content.

User Ownership: Users retain ownership of their original content but grant Blox Network the above-mentioned license for server-related use.

Revocation Rights: Users can request content removal where legally applicable (e.g., GDPR, DMCA takedown requests).

Blox Network reserves the right to move, delete, or change any content at any time without notice or user permission.

In-game builds: Upon request, Blox Network may provide NBT Minecraft schematic files for builds created by users, subject to staff discretion. Requests deemed unreasonable (e.g., for small or altered builds) may be denied.

Privacy & Data Collection:

Blox Network collects and stores the following information:

IP addresses (for security, anti-bot protection, and moderation purposes)

Chat logs and communication data (for moderation and server management)

Gameplay data (e.g., in-game inventories, statistics, bans, etc.)

Data Retention & Protection:

Personal data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

GDPR/CCPA Compliance: Users may request deletion or access to their personal data by contacting [email protected].

The website utilizes HTTPS encryption to secure data transmission.

Termination & Suspension of Access:

Players found violating the Terms of Service or Blox Network Rules may have their accounts or IP addresses restricted or permanently removed from the server and affiliated platforms.

Blox Network reserves the right to ban or remove users at any time, for any reason, without warning or explanation.

Ban Appeals: Users may request a review of bans by contacting staff via designated support channels.

No Refunds Policy: Any contributions or purchases made are non-refundable in the event of a ban or account restriction.

Prohibited Behavior:

By joining Blox Network, you agree NOT TO:

Use or encourage others to use the Blox Network server or related websites for illegal purposes.

Impersonate any Blox Network Staff member in-game or on affiliated platforms.

Make unsolicited advertisements, spam, or phishing attempts.

Interfere with security features of Blox Network services.

Engage in cheating, exploiting, hacking, or using unauthorized modifications.

Harass, threaten, or engage in doxxing of Blox Network members.

Distribute or release server content (including builds, files, and proprietary server data) without Staff consent.

Monetization & Contributions (Mojang EULA Compliance):

Blox Network follows the Mojang Commercial Usage Guidelines.

Contributions to Blox Network do not guarantee ranks, perks, or privileges.

All donations are final and non-refundable.

Blox Network is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft, and any contributions are solely for server maintenance and development.

Additional Terms for Staff Members:

Staff members must promote a safe and inclusive community.

A Staff role is voluntary and does not entitle a member to payment or special treatment.

Staff must adhere to the Terms of Service and specific Staff Guidelines.

Failure to fulfill responsibilities may result in removal from a Staff role.

Blox Network retains the right to revoke Staff ranks at any time.

Dispute Resolution & Liability Limitation:

Blox Network is provided "as-is" with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or availability.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of [Specify State/Country].

Limitation of Liability: Blox Network, its owner, and staff are not liable for:

Any loss of data, gameplay progress, or server access.

Any disruptions, server downtime, or force majeure events.

Any content created, modified, or removed on the server.

Any third-party actions, including hacking, account theft, or cyber attacks.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court (as applicable under governing law).

Changes to These Terms:

Blox Network reserves the right to update these Terms of Service without notice.

Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of these terms.

General Agreement:

By using Blox Network, you agree to hold harmless Blox Network Staff, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns from any liability resulting from:

Your usage of the server or affiliated services.

Any changes or modifications to content you have submitted or created.

Any moderation actions taken against you.

The owners of Blox Network (redruMBounty) and (SonFYB) reserves the right to override staff decisions and modify these terms at any time.

By using Blox Network, you confirm that you are of legal age to consent to these Terms or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian.
